The 15th Population Health Colloquium will provide an update on changes in policy, practice and innovation, highlighting real-world examples of population health initiatives that are improving care and outcomes. Attendees have the option to participate live or virtually. The Colloquium will kick off on Sunday, March 22nd with a special evening summit on telehealth. Innovations in telehealth are transforming healthcare delivery. Technology has the potential to reduce wait times, improve outcomes and lower costs by facilitating connections between patients and providers. But many challenges remain. This program will feature an overview of the regulatory and reimbursement challenges, presentations from leaders who have implemented successful telehealth initiatives, and an interactive futures-focused panel discussion. The 3-day conference will focus on building a culture of health by providing real world examples of population based care being implemented by leading companies and organizations. It will feature nationally prominent experts and showcase innovative programs, initiatives and solutions.
